By engaging directly with residents\, we seek to raise awareness about the importance of staying vigilant\, supporting one another\, and taking simple steps to prevent crime before it happens. \nOur Pathfinders and youth will work side by side—demonstrating leadership\, compassion\, and teamwork—as they share valuable information designed to empower families\, encourage responsibility\, and inspire positive change. Beyond sharing tracts\, this initiative fosters conversations\, strengthens community bonds\, and reflects our commitment to being active agents of peace and safety. \nCrime prevention is a shared responsibility\, and through this collaborative effort\, we aim to show that small actions can make a big difference. Each flag represents a key anchor of our identity: our faith\, our global movement\, and our commitment to responsible citizenship. \nThe ceremony follows a structured sequence led by a trained Color Guard team. With crisp marching\, coordinated movements\, and reverent silence\, the Pathfinders demonstrate precision and respect—reflecting the high standards of the Pathfinder ministry. \nPurpose of the Recurring Flag Ceremony\n🇺🇳 1. Instilling Discipline and Leadership\nParticipating in or observing the ceremony teaches Pathfinders punctuality\, teamwork\, attention to detail\, and command-following—all essential leadership qualities. \n🙏 2.
