It is a day of reflection\, evaluation\, and celebration—a moment where months of learning\, service\, and dedication are brought together and carefully reviewed. \nThroughout the Pathfinder year\, our members engage in a wide range of activities designed to build character\, strengthen skills\, and deepen spiritual growth. From honours and classwork to community service\, teamwork\, leadership development\, and personal discipline\, each Pathfinder invests time and effort into becoming the best version of themselves. Assessment Day provides the opportunity to acknowledge that commitment. \nOn this day\, Pathfinders are evaluated on their class requirements\, honours completed\, club participation\, spiritual activities\, and overall readiness for Investiture. Leaders\, instructors\, and counsellors guide the process with the goal of encouraging growth—not simply measuring achievement. It is a supportive\, uplifting experience where strengths are celebrated and areas for improvement are identified with love and mentorship. \nAssessment Day also reinforces the core values of the Pathfinder ministry: Service\, Excellence\, Teamwork\, Discipline\, and Faith.
